Dr. Antonella Botto
Dr. Antonella Botto grew up in Houston, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degrees from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. Dr. Botto then completed her dental education at the University of Texas Health and Science Center in San Antonio. During dental school, Dr. Botto was active in the American Student Dental Association and served as the San Antonio Chapter President. Dr. Botto graduated from dental school with a Distinction in Research and a Distinction in Education.
Dr. Botto obtained her specialty training at the University of Texas Health and Science Center in San Antonio (UTHSCSA) where she received a dual degree in Periodontics and Prosthodontics. She has specialty training in dental implantology, bone and soft tissue grafting, dental prostheses, and IV sedation. While at UTHSCSA, Dr. Botto also obtained a Master of Science degree. Her research focused on the treatment of peri-implant disease. Dr. Botto is a Diplomate of both the American Board of Periodontology and the American Board of Prosthodontics. She is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, and the International Academy of Gnathology. Dr. Botto is in private practice at Periodontal Medicine & Surgical Specialists, LTD in Oakbrook Terrace and Glenview, Illinois.
